What's included in every plan
Every plan buys live, one-to-one video sessions with a verified tutor who is matched to your subject, level and exam board — not a shared class, and not a recording.
It also includes the things around the session that make it work: planning between lessons, work set where it is useful, marking and feedback on what the student produces, and honest progress updates for parents.
What we don't charge for
The first demo session is free and requires no card details. Rematching to a different tutor is free. Rescheduling with reasonable notice is free. There is no joining fee, no admin fee, and no minimum contract.
Being honest about value
Tutoring is a real expense, and we would rather you spend it well than spend it with us. If a student needs one session to unblock a topic, say so and take one. If a subject is going fine, do not tutor it.
What we will not do is promise grades in exchange for money. Nobody can honestly guarantee an exam result, and any service that does is selling you something it cannot deliver.

Yes. Plans are monthly and flexible — you can change your number of sessions or cancel before your next month with reasonable notice.
Do you offer discounts for multiple subjects or siblings?+
Yes. If you book more than one subject or have more than one child learning with us, contact us and we will arrange a combined plan.
What currency are prices in, and do you serve my country?+
Prices are shown in US dollars for consistency, and we serve students worldwide including the UK, USA, UAE and Australia. The equivalent in your local currency is charged at the current rate.
What currency am I charged in?+
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may convert to your local currency at its own rate and add a conversion fee, which is outside our control.
Do unused sessions roll over?+
Sessions are intended to be used within the month. If illness or an emergency gets in the way, talk to us — we will be reasonable about it.
Is there a discount for siblings or multiple subjects?+
