Quran Tutoring, One-to-One and Online

Read correctly with Tajweed, memorise at your own pace with a structured Hifz plan, and understand the meaning — all with a patient, qualified tutor.

Verified tutors · One-to-one sessions · First lesson free · UK, US, UAE & AU time zones

Learning the Quran online works beautifully one-to-one, because recitation needs a tutor who listens closely and corrects gently, letter by letter. Whether a young child is starting Nazra, an adult is finally learning to read, or a student is working through a Hifz plan, every session is paced to the learner and their goals.

Our Quran tutors are qualified and respectful, and lessons are available across UK, US, UAE, Australian and Pakistani time zones, seven days a week — so families anywhere can find a slot that fits.

Quran study is also, more than most subjects, about consistency rather than intensity. A student who memorises a little every day and revises faithfully will go further than one who sprints and then loses what they learned.

What your Quran tutor can help with

Choose one area or work across several — sessions adapt to whatever you need most right now.

Noorani Qaida & Nazra

Start from the letters and build up to fluent, correct reading of the Quran with proper pronunciation.

Tajweed

Learn the rules of recitation — makharij, ghunna, madd and the qawaid — so every word is recited correctly.

Hifz (memorisation)

A structured memorisation plan with daily sabaq, revision (sabqi and manzil) and realistic milestones.

Understanding & translation

Move beyond reading to understanding the meaning of what you recite, at an age-appropriate level.

Duas & Surahs

Learn everyday duas and short surahs with correct pronunciation and their meanings.

Where students get stuck in Quran

These are the sticking points we see most often — and the ones one-to-one sessions are best at clearing.

Revision, not memorisation

Almost everyone who loses their Hifz lost it to weak revision, not weak memory.

Tajweed accuracy

Memorising with incorrect pronunciation embeds errors that are painful to unlearn later.

Consistency

Long gaps undo weeks of work. Small daily progress beats occasional bursts.

Understanding meaning

Memorisation is easier, and far more lasting, when the words mean something to you.

Levels and stages we cover

What progress actually looks like

Your teacher listens to your recitation every session — which is the whole point, because nobody can hear their own mistakes in a language they are still learning.

We structure the routine properly around sabaq (new memorisation), sabqi (recent revision) and manzil (older revision), so what you learn actually stays learned.

Frequently asked questions

Do you teach complete beginners, including adults?+

Yes. Many of our students start from the very beginning with Noorani Qaida, and we teach adults and reverts as patiently as children. There is no age at which it is too late to start.

Can my child do Hifz online?+

Yes. Hifz works well one-to-one online with a structured daily plan — new memorisation (sabaq), recent revision (sabqi) and older revision (manzil) — and a tutor who listens to every line.

Are the tutors qualified?+

Every Quran tutor is qualified in recitation and Tajweed, interviewed and verified before teaching. We match male or female tutors according to your preference.

Will lessons also cover the meaning, not just reading?+

They can. Tell us your goal — correct reading, Tajweed, memorisation, or understanding the translation — and we build the plan around it.

Can Hifz really be done online?+

Yes, and it works well one-to-one. Hifz depends on a teacher listening closely to your recitation and correcting it — and a live video session does that just as effectively as sitting in the same room.
