Feel like yourself again
Stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, burnout and chronic pain make everything harder: studying, working, relationships, sleep. Our wellbeing team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, counsellors and physiotherapists offers private online consultations and structured classes that help people rebuild calm, routine and confidence, step by step.
If you are in crisis right now
Our classes and consultations are not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or thinking about suicide, call your local emergency number now. In Pakistan you can call Rescue 1122 or the Umang mental health helpline: 0311 7786264 (24/7). In the UK call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123; in the US call or text 988; in the UAE call 999.

How it works
Getting help should not feel complicated. You start with a short, free and confidential introductory call with our wellbeing coordinator. We listen to what is going on, explain your options and fees, and match you with the right specialist: a psychiatrist if a medical assessment or medication review may help, a psychologist or counsellor for talking therapy, a physiotherapist for pain and movement problems, or a structured class if you want to build skills such as stress management and healthy routine.
Sessions happen by private video call. You can join from home, a car or any quiet space, at times that suit your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Classes that bring life back into rhythm
Not everyone needs, or wants, one-to-one therapy straight away. Many people benefit from structured classes that teach practical skills: understanding stress and anxiety, calming the body, improving sleep, building a daily routine, setting small goals and handling difficult thoughts. Our stress and anxiety classes and routine and life reset coaching are designed for exactly this: helping people who feel stuck move into a fresh, healthier cycle, one week at a time.
Privacy and respect
Mental health still carries stigma in many families and communities. Everything you share stays confidential within your care team, except in the rare situations where someone's safety is at serious risk, which your specialist will explain at the start. We never judge, and we never share your details with schools, employers or family members without your consent.

Wellbeing questions
What is the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist?
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose mental health conditions and, where appropriate, prescribe medication. A clinical psychologist or counsellor provides talking therapies such as CBT. Many people benefit from both. Our introductory call helps you decide where to start.
Is online therapy effective?
Research has found that therapy delivered by video can work as well as face-to-face therapy for many common problems, such as anxiety and depression. It is not suitable for emergencies, and your specialist will advise if in-person care would be better.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the type of specialist and the number of sessions. We explain them clearly in the free introductory call, before you commit to anything.
Can my teenager have sessions?
Yes. For under-18s we involve a parent or guardian in consent and planning, while respecting the young person's privacy in sessions as far as is safe.
Is this a crisis service?
No. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline straight away. The numbers are listed at the top of this page.
